At all points during the 5 year term of the managed equipment service contract, ownership of the equipment in question will remain with the successful tenderer, who will provide the equipment in question to the Contracting Authority for the purpose of allowing its use in a clinical context. The successful tenderer will be reimbursed through the provision of an annual service charge, payable in twelve equal monthly invoices.
