Short description:
To note:
— rail will be free issued to the successful Contractor — predominantly straight 10, 12, 15, 18 m lengths but specials of different length / curvature may be required from time to time,
— joints to be normally fitted centrally, but offset joints may be required from time to time,
— rail section will be mainly CEN54 (kg/m) butt here may be a small requirement for joint installation in 113lb or CEN60 (kg/m) from time to time but these will be priced individually under the contract,
— running edge side to be marked,
— estimated requirement of 150-200 joints per year.
Duration: 36 months

This would be a 3 year fixed price agreement with the option to extend annually for up to 2 additional years.
Name of EU-financed project or programme: Insulated Glue Joints may be required for projects financed by EU funds — it is not possible at this stage to identify these projects.
