This Request for Tender (โRFTโ) invites suitably qualified parties (โTendererโ) to apply for appointment to a panel of solicitors to provide legal services to Cork Institute of Technology (โCITโ).
CIT wishes to appoint a panel of three (3) parties whose services CIT may then draw down directly if and when required for the duration of the appointment.
Tenderers will be ranked for admission to the panel based on the methodology set out in this RFT, and CIT will seek to appoint the 3 Tenderers who have been assessed to have submitted the Most Economically Advantageous Tenders. The initial appointment will be for three (3) years.
