โ€” Infrastructure relocation to Cloud โ€“ re-location of the Authorityโ€™s Journey Planner and Real Time Passenger Information Systems to the cloud.
โ€” Bus market Opening Systems โ€“ It is envisaged that the Bus Market Opening programme will lead to at least 4 new systems that will be hosted in the cloud.
โ€” System Expansion โ€“ the Authority expects to expand the storage and compute infrastructure in early 2019 to accommodate new systems.
โ€” Email โ€“ implementation of Microsoft Office 365 is expected in the coming two to three years
โ€” Business Intelligence โ€“ it is expected that the Authority will deploy a more extensive Business Intelligence Platform.
