Dublin City Council proposes to establish a single party framework agreement for 12 months for the supply on lease hire with maintenance of approximately 13 pedestrian walk-behind diesel sweepers and 4 large diesel motorised sweepers with dual sweep configuration and GVM 16 000kgs. Tenders will be evaluated on foot of the initial open competition to form a single party framework agreement between Dublin City Council and the successful tenderer. Contracts for the initial requirements will be awarded on foot of this competition. Later, if requirements arise for additional vehicles, orders will be placed with the single party framework member provided the vehicles are supplied at the original price quoted in the form of tender.
