South Dublin County Council

South Dublin County Council intends to award a Development agreement to the preferred bidder in respect of the development and operation Commercial development and operation of a c 0,35 HA site at ‘The Castle Stables and Courtyard at Rathfarnham’, Dublin 14 which shall include design, finance and construction. Upon satisfaction of the conditions set out in the Development agreement, South Dublin County Council intends to enter into a Long Term Lease Agreement for one hundred and fifty (150) years with the preferred bidder for the operation and maintenance of the site.
