The Contracting Authority is subject only to the rules in Part 3 Chapter 1 of the European Union (Award of Public Authority Contracts) Regulations 2016 (SI 284/2016) in relation to this competition. The Contracting Authority is following a procedure analogous to the negotiated procedure in relation to this competition.
