In Lot 2, the provider(s) will work with the RTB to implement and deliver fair, transparent, objective, cost effective and time efficient recruitment, assessment, selection and placement processes for administration, executive, middle and senior management level roles (permanent, fixed-term contract and temporary) that arise within the RTB over the duration of the framework.

The contracting authority requires the services of a HR specialist to provide a range of HR support services required in connection with all aspects of its role in delivering its statutory functions and objectives.
It is envisaged that this service will be based on c. 22,5 hours per week (3 x 7,5 hour days) and the HR specialist will be required to operate out of the contracting authority’s offices for at least 22,5 hours per week (3 x 7,5 hour days).
