Establishment of 8 Multi-Party framework for the provision of expert analytical services in support of SEAI’s Low Carbon Technologies Team

Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland

This RFT is to invite proposals from suitably qualified services providers to provide expert services in support of SEAI’s Low Carbon Technologies Team. This RFT is issued with the objective of concluding a total of 8 Frameworks to establish frameworks of experts comprising categories or “Lots”, as follows:
Lot 1: Policy analysis and research;
Lot 2: Behavioural Science and Counterfactual Impact Evaluation;
Lot 3: New Data Gathering and Data Presentation;
Lot 4: GIS (Geographic Information System): Mapping Development and Support;
Lot 5: Model validation, quality control and quality assurance (QAQC);
Lot 6: Bioenergy and heat;
Lot 7: Built Environment Technical Support;
Lot 8: Provision of Training and Support to Public and Professional Bodies (in adopting SEAI Best Practice Methods).
