Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland

The Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI), established by Government under the Sustainable Energy Act 2002, has a mission to play a leading role in transforming Ireland into a society based on sustainable energy structures, technologies and practices.
The objective of this RFT is to invite proposals from suitably qualified tenderers with a view to establishing 5 multi-party Frameworks for the Provision of Legal Services.
SEAI intends to appoint three framework members to each of the following Frameworks:
โ€” Lot 1: Administration of Public Functions and Corporate Governance,
โ€” Lot 2: Employment and Pensions,
โ€” Lot 3: Data Protection, Information and Intellectual Property,
โ€” Lot 4: Energy, Renewables, Environmental and Transport,
โ€” Lot 5: EU and Competition Law and Public Procurement.
