The scope of the tender will also include the option to provide a back up facility, which may provide partial functionality of all mission critical activities.
Additional information regarding the NTCC Project and the specific TMS requirements are set out in the the pre-qualification questionnaire attached to this contract notice.
Interested candidates are required to download, complete and return the pre-qualification questionnaire in strict accordance with the instructions provided.

Description of options:
The scope of the tender will also include the option to provide a back up facility, whereby the Traffic Management System shall enable control of the IE network from an alternative location using duplicate control system equipment. It is envisaged that any such back up facility will provide identical network coverage to the primary system although the available functionality may be less than that in the primary NTCC.
