The proposed project is for the construction of a new road to connect the existing IDA Business and Technology Park Athlone road network to the new roundabout on the R916 to the northwest of the Business and Technology Park.
— Site clearance involving removal and disposal of the roots of trees, saplings and scrub in the stream valley,
