IDA Ireland has recently announced its intention to move its Global Headquarters in Dublin in 2019 to Three Park Place, Hatch Street, Dublin 2. The building, under development by the Clancourt Group, totals c. 16 000 sq.m of which IDA will be occupying c. 5 600 sq.m (NIA)(between the 3rd-8th Floors). The building is being delivered to a landlord CAT A finish with incoming tenants, like IDA, required to deliver the tenant CAT B investment that meets all key operational requirements (to the Net Internal Space and common areas within demise).
IDA is seeking the services of an architectural led multi-disciplinary design team to support the delivery of a best in class Global Headquarters Operation to the required CAT B specification that is reflective of IDA’s global IPA brand and provides a platform for the agency to continue to win FDI jobs and investments for Ireland.
Specifically IDA will need to be fully operational in its new headquarters no later than September 2019.
