The HRB is working to deliver optimal value and impact from its publicly-funded research and wishes to engage and support its funded research community to work in a more open manner. The initial 2 year pilot would provide the HRB with a rich learning experience on how to fund and deliver research within a more open process.
The purpose of this Request for Tender (RFT) is to invite tenderers to provide an open research publishing service that the HRB can pilot with its research community. This should include a suite of integrated services including a publishing platform to assist researchers to publish findings quickly, easily and responsibly. The platform and its services are intended to accelerate the publication of articles and data from research funded by the HRB.
