The purpose of this Tender is that the successful Tenderer creates a differentiated Customer Experience by acting as Fáilte Ireland’s first point of contact for all customers across our service offering and tactically supporting Fáilte Ireland’s business units in administering these services to our customers.
The Tenderer is required to demonstrate an ability to raise the service bar and achieve Customer Experience Excellence throughout this tender. In doing so, they will demonstrate how they will effectively act as Business Partner to Fáilte Ireland in the organisations ambitions. They will innovative, experienced and both creative and solutions focussed in both Customer Services Excellence and Quality Assurance Management Strategies.
