This Lot would be considered as a Low to Medium Support Grouping of a maximum of 30 persons. It would be envisaged that these clients would be having difficulty sustaining or securing a tenancy and be at risk of homelessness. There would be no addiction or health issues of concern.

This Lot 3 is for the provision of Tenancy Support and Sustainment Services for Addictions and delivered in County Louth. This Lot would include clients whose primary issue is addictions and it would be considered that the needs would be in the high support category. It would be considered that the caseload in this Lot would be 50 clients and that the addictions would include Alcohol, Drugs and/or Prescription Drugs.

1) The estimated total value of the any purchases pursuant to the framework agreements for eight (8) Lots is in the region of 1 800 000 EUR to 2 500 000 EUR (ex. VAT) over the lifetime of the agreements. It is emphasised, however, that this figure is provided strictly for indicative purposes only as there is no guaranteed expenditure under the framework agreement.
2) The award of any framework is subject to funding at the end of each year being made available and quality of service assessment on an annual basis and as such, no guarantees can be offered for any renewal by any/all of the local authorities with regard to awarding a contract under this tender for any of the Lots until the funding has been approved
For the avoidance of doubt, the Contracting Authority confirms that the period of any contracts awarded under the framework agreements may extend beyond the date of expiry of the relevant agreement.
