New Garda National Support Services H.Q. building on a brownfield site, providing vital Garda infrastructure for national policing. Office building will be approx seven storeys in height, over two floors of basement car parking with a large central atrium space. Building area is circa 11 100 m² with basement car parking of approx 12 000 m". Overall development will consist of the building, secure landscaped courtyards, demolition of existing shed and all ancillary services.
