New Garda National Support Services HQ building on a brownfield site, providing vital Garda infrastructure for national policing. Office building will be approx 7 storeys in height, over 2 floors of basement car parking with a large central atrium space. Building area is circa 11 100 m with basement car parking of approx 12 000 m. Overall development will consist of the building, secure landscaped courtyards, demolition of existing shed and all ancillary services.
