Limerick 2030 Strategic Development DAC

Limerick 2030 Strategic Development DAC(‘the Contracting Authority’)is a wholly owned subsidiary of Limerick City and County Council (LCCC). The newly established Limerick 2030 Strategic Development DAC, is tasked to plan and develop key strategic sites in Limerick City and County that will act as anchors for enterprise and investment development across Limerick. The key strategic sites are identified in the Limerick 2030: An Economic and Spatial Plan for Limerick, which sets out a comprehensive strategy for the economic and physical regeneration of Limerick to 2030. The contracting authority wishes to establish Lot 1: Project Manager & Quantity Surveyor, Lot 2: Integrated Design Team and Lot 3: Economic Viability Assessment Consultant for lands at Mungret, Limerick.
