General description of the proposal — the construction and completion of Advance Technology Building, including reinforced Concrete (RC) foundations and ground floor slab, blockwork and RC rising walls, steelwork frame, composite metal cladding and curtain wall glazing, RC and blockwork walls and partitions, Composite floors and stairs, glazing and doors, M+E installations, lifts and associated siteworks. The unit will be completed to Category A level in the open production areas and in the office areas.
The site is located at IDA Parkmore Business and Technology Park, Co Galway and the building will have an approximate gross floor area of 3 150 m.
