Phase 1 Upgrade Works to the Irish Management Institute (IMI) Campus
Irish Management Institute (IMI) hereby issues this information in accordance with the requirements of EC directive 2004/18/EC (open procedure) for applicants, and is inviting tenders under the open procedure to provide the full range of consultancy services comprising to the following. The Team should be Architect Lead.
1. Architectural Services (including DAC & Planning).
2. Civil/Structural & Fire Engineering Services.
3. Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Services.
4. Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP).
5. Quantity Surveying Services.
The commission will also establish a Single Supplier Framework of Construction Consultancy Team for Future Works to the IMI Campus.
