Multidisciplinary Services (Technical) Housing Development Associated Road Infrastructure and Services — Greenpark.
For the delivery of Phase 1 infrastructure that will service lands and enable the delivery of 700 units.
The proposed Phase 1 infrastructure shall include:
— Phase 1 Road;
— Paths and pavings;
— Street Lighting;
— Site services — Drainage;
— Site services — Foul sewerage with connection to Limerick Main Drainage Scheme;
— Site services- Watermain;
— Site services — Gas;
— Site services — (Ducting and the like);
— Landscaping.
