Dublin City Council is seeking to establish 2 no. multiple-operator framework agreements (to be established on the basis of initial competitions) for the provision of architect-led, multi-disciplinary consultancy services in connection with a number of projects for the design and delivery of system build apartment developments delivered through the use of volumetric construction solutions within the Dublin City Council's administrative area (over a maximum of 4 years).
Teams will be Architect led and will comprise the following disciplines: Architect, Civil & Structural Engineer, Mechanical & Electrical Engineer, Fire Safety Consultant, Quantity Surveyor, Project Supervisor for the Design Process (PSDP).
Note: Additional disciplines may be required on a project by project basis, to be procured in accordance with the DCC's policy. For more information on the services required and the scope of this competition,

1) DCC is subject to the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act (FOI) 2014. 2) It will be a condition for the award of any contract by DCC that the successful Tenderer and all sub-contractors (if applicable) produce a valid Tax Clearance Certificate from the Revenue Commissioners in compliance with Circular (43) 2006 (or as amended) and that the certificate will be maintained for the duration of the contract and will be on a 12 month basis.
