Dublin City Council is seeking to establish 2 no. multiple-operator framework agreements (to be established on the basis of initial competitions) for the provision of architect-led, multi-disciplinary consultancy services in connection with a number of projects for the design and delivery of system build apartment developments delivered through the use of volumetric construction solutions within the Dublin City Council's administrative area (over a maximum of 4 years).
Teams will be Architect led and will comprise the following disciplines: Architect, Civil & Structural Engineer, Mechanical & Electrical Engineer, Fire Safety Consultant, Quantity Surveyor, Project Supervisor for the Design Process (PSDP).
Note: Additional disciplines may be required on a project by project basis, to be procured in accordance with the DCC's policy. For more information on the services required and the scope of this competition,
