The works shall include complete mechanical services installation and sub-specialists works (Heating, plumbing, soils and Wastes, BEMS etc) associated with the development of a new 1-2 storey replacement Special need's School building with 26 classrooms and associated ancillary accommodation with 94no. car parking spaces, bus drop-off, 1 no. sports pitch, play areas, sensory garden and site boundary treatment with landscaping to include connection to external perimeter pavement. The total floor area of the new school will be 5 310 m.
