Louth County Council — Minor Building Works Framework for Small to Medium sized Building Projects — Suitability Assessment
The Housing Department of Louth County Council wish to establish a multi-party framework agreement with suitably qualified and experienced building contractors for the provision of a variety of small to medium sized building works over the lifetime of the framework. The framework will be subdivided into 2 Lots, each with a different level of project spend. In the first Lot the building works will range from between 0 EUR and 60 000 EUR in value for each project. It is estimated that approximately 800 000 EUR value of works will be carried out using this Lot on an annual basis (this will be subject to funding). In the second Lot the building works will range from between 60 000 EUR and 800 000 EUR in value for each project. It is estimated that approximately 2 000 000 EUR value of works will be carried out using this Lot on an annual basis (this will be subject to funding).
