Dublin City Council

Dublin City Council wish to invite tenders from competent and experienced firms using the open procedure for the supply of a web based fleet tracking and information system. This is to replace an existing fleet tracking contract which is due to expire. Dublin City Council currently has 429 vehicles tracked and it is envisage that a similar number of vehicles will require tracking under the new contract.
A comprehensive fleet tracking and information system is required on the basis of a monthly fee per vehicle tracked. The monthly fee must include all costs involved, including hardware, installation, commissioning, de-commissioning, training, licences, data maintenance and ongoing operating and maintenance costs.

2. It will be a condition for the award of any contract by Dublin City Council that the successful Tenderer and all sub-contractors (if applicable) produce a valid Tax Clearance Certificate from the Revenue Commissioners in compliance with Circular (43) 2006 (or as amended) and that the certificate will be maintained for the duration of the contract and will be on a 12 month basis. In the case of a non-resident Tenderer, a statement of suitability from the Revenue Commissioners will be required.
