Additional information
ESB has now decided to cancel this existing offshore marine services framework. The reason for this decision is mainly related to the fact that existing scope of services and framework structure does not match our updated requirements for offshore wind projects, which means that the framework would not be fit for purpose. ESB is still committed to the development of appropriate offshore marine frameworks and/or panels focusing on particular survey and consultancy related services of which we will be commencing a number of new procurement competitions to cover these requirements shortly.
