The contract agreement covers the following funeral undertaking work which may be required from time to time:
— Removal of a body of an adult or infant to the Dublin City Mortuary and the mortuaries at Blanchardstown, Tallaght and Loughlinstown Hospitals or any other hospital mortuary in the Dublin area that may be designated as required from time to time;
— Removal as may be required from a residence, hospital or other place;
— Storage of bodies, when necessary, in a suitable secure refrigerated body storage facility on the contractors own premises or other appropriate location to be agreed with the Dublin District Coroner;
— Burial of the body of an adult or infant (including the provision of a hearse, shroud and coffin and payment of cemetery fees for the Millennium plot in Glasnevin Cemetery, or any other designated plot as may be required);
— Cremation of the body of an adult or infant (only at the sole discretion of the Dublin District Coroner, or her designated officer/s) (including the provision of a hearse, shroud and coffin and payment of the relevant crematorium fees for Glasnevin Crematorium, or any other designated crematorium as may be required);
