Fully automated Individual Donation Nucleic Acid Amplification Technology (NAT) Testing System

A fully automated system for performing individual donation (ID) - Nucleic Acid Amplification Technology (NAT) testing of IBTS donations in human plasma. The NAT laboratory currently tests approximately 150 000 donations/samples annually. HIV RNA, HCV RNA and HBV DNA NAT testing of IBTS donations and samples in individual donation format. In addition, the system must perform ID-NAT testing for Hepatitis E virus (HEV) and West Nile Virus (WNV) RNA, and future capability for NAT testing of additional viral markers on the proposed system testing platform e.g. Zika virus testing.
The ID-NAT Testing system will include testing reagents, consumables, equipment, operating software, servicing and maintenance.
