The Housing Agency wishes to establish a Framework of Construction Design Professionals to undertake the remediation of dwellings damaged by pyritic underfloor filling under the terms of the Pyrite Remediation Scheme which has been established under the Pyrite Resolution Act 2013.
The framework will last for a period of 2 years (Framework Period), which, at the sole discretion of the Housing Agency, may be extended by a further 2 years (maximum 4 years total).
