Establishment of a Multi Supplier Framework of Clerk of Works for UCC Buildings & Estates Office in 2 no Lots & Appointment of Clerk of Works for UCC working on Various Projects
This Tender is to establish multi supplier frameworks with a maximum of Five (5) participants (for each Lot) in 2 no Lots (the ‘Framework’) to whom specific contracts may be awarded on a non-exclusive basis based on the terms of a framework agreement (the ‘Framework Agreement’), a copy of which is issued with the tender documents.
Lot 1 — Clerk of Works with a Civil/ Structural/ Architectural background with an in depth working knowledge of Mechanical & Electrical Services.
Lot 2 -Clerk of Works with a Mechanical/Electrical background with an in depth working knowledge of Civil/ Structural/ Architectural.
