The framework operator will be required to maintain comprehensive records of all activities carried out to maintain the facilities and to employ computer aided FM systems including help desk facility in the provision of the service.
It is envisaged that the number of managed buildings may increase in number over the next few years in line with the DHDA campus development strategy.
It is a requirement for the successful tenderer to ensure that unoccupied buildings on the Digital Hub campus are secure and there has been no unauthorised entry.
Additionally, the Authority envisages that occupants of Authority properties may wish to avail on their own account of some or all of the services provided by the successful tenderer.

Due to the establishment by the DHDA of an extensive property portfolio over the next seven (7) years it is desireable that the framework agreement covers this extensive change programme for which Facilities Management Services will be required.
