TII require experienced employment practices auditors. Senior management in their organization must demonstrate 10 years or more post graduate experience with a minimum of seven years in the management of CIRCS monitoring activities on large capital works projects. Interested applicants must provide evidence of previous auditing services in three projects of not be less than 30 000 EUR (excluding VAT). Previous experience should also include 5 years’ experience in the field of:
— contractor labour management of construction labour on major civil engineering projects,
— dealing with construction trade unions,
— knowledge of the Registered Employment Agreements (REA) for the construction and electrical contracting industries,
— capacity to produce and maintain an up-to-date database of construction operatives and experience in the field of employment practices management in the provision of outsourced activities.
