During the Design Build Period Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) associated with Safety, Quality, Corrective Action, Stakeholder Management and Operation Service during Design Build will be used to monitor performance.
During the Operation Service Period KPIs associated with WwTP operation, Safety, Quality and Environment will be used to monitor performance.
Performance Deductions will be applied where KPIs are not achieved.
