The CCC Social Housing Programme 2017-19 is a part of CCC's delivery plan for Rebuilding Ireland as approved by Government in July 2016. There are significant targets to be delivered in Cork City and in this regard the Cork City Council Social Housing Programme 2017-19 is a major part of the Council's delivery plan for Rebuilding Ireland.
The Council through a Competitive Dialogue procedure, wishes to identify suitable Candidates to contribute to the delivery of the CCC Social Housing Programme 2017-19. It is not possible to identify definitive solutions at this stage as there are a number of legal and financial aspects which can only be specified by taking account of the particular features of the location of each housing site and the relevant stakeholders. Through the Competitive Dialogue procedure the Council wishes to engage with Candidates to identify and define the best means suited to meeting its requirements.
