Construction of Cork to Dublin Telecommunications Network Expansion, Phase 2 (New Ross to Dublin)

Single project works Contract for design and construction of 3-way and 4-way 32 mm telecommunications pipe for approximately 160 km between New Ross, Co. Wexford and Co. Dublin along with associated civil infrastructure including chambers, ancillary building foundations and boundary treatments. The successful contractor responsibilities will include but not be limited to: design, construction, traffic management, testing and commissioning. Works are expected on or adjacent to national roads, regional roads and watercourses and over, on or under locations of special engineering difficulty (SED). Preference for installation of pipes is by trenchless technology, where feasible. The successful contractor will act as Project Supervisor Design Phase (PSDP) and Project Supervisor Construction Stage (PSCS) and will be responsible for permits and consents.
