This site, c.0.176 hectares in area, is bounded by Leeson Lane to the North-West, Quinn’s Lane to the North-East, the catholic university school to the south-east and the nurses’ building to the south-west. There is an existing 2-storey former dispensary building called spruce house fronting onto Leeson Lane.
It is proposed to restore and refurbish spruce house, former dispensary building; c.445 m² in area, Construct new 7 storey (over basement) office building of c.6,333 m²; carry out site development works include hard landscaping, boundary treatment and all other ancillary site works.
