Meath County Council wishes to appoint an Architect–led Design Team with the necessary multi-disciplinary design expertise and experience to provide the design services for the upgrade of Trim Library in conjunction with the adjoining, disused, St Patrick's Church to create a new Cultural Centre, incorporating an expanded Library and a new multi-functional space that can be used for theatre/cinema/exhibitions/recitals, etc.
