It is envisaged that the travel management service contract will include but not
limited to:
— Airline Tickets.
— Rail Tickets.
— Accommodation.
— Car Hire.
— Visa & Passport Service.
— Management Information as defined by ESB/ESBI.
— Liaise with carriers and service providers to achieve discounts etc
— An agreed on-line self booking facility.
— Ensure compliance with ESB Corporate Travel Policy.
The successful vendor will be awarded a contract for a 3 year period with an option to extend on an annual basis for an additional 2 years at ESB's discretion.
