Senior Leadership Development is a key enabler in maximising individual potential and further improving individual, team and company performance. This programme is an integral part of TII's Learning and Development strategy and demonstrates our commitment to senior managers by offering them the support they need to be effective in their current and future roles. TII wishes to appoint a single supplier to design and deliver a Senior Leadership Development programme for initially up to 12 participants at a Senior Management level. The programme is intended to run for 12 months from January to December 2017. The aim is to run at least 1 programme per year for the next 3 years, depending on the initial success of the programme and any other related services required by the Contracting Authority.
