Health Service Executive (HSE)

The HSE wishes to establish a National Framework Agreement for the provision of Anaesthetic and Critical Care Consumables for both Paediatric and Adult Service Users. The Framework will be structured in the following categories:
โ€” Anaesthesia;
โ€” Breathing / anaesthetic systems and accessories;
โ€” Endotracheal tubes and accessories;
โ€” Oxygen therapy โ€” Capnography;
โ€” Resuscitation;
โ€” Breathing circuits and accessories;
โ€” Breathing filters and accessories;
โ€” CPAP sets and kits;
โ€” Endobronchial tubes and accessories;
โ€” Laryngeal masks airways;
โ€” Laryngoscopes;
โ€” Nasopharyngeal airways;
โ€” Oropharyngeal airways.
The Framework Agreement will be available to the HSE and those organisations referred to in Appendix 3 of the ITT.
Note a separate procurement process is planned for the following sub-categories:
โ€” Nebulisation and humidification;
โ€” Oxygen therapy โ€” Excluding Capnography;
โ€” Respiratory therapy;
โ€” Tracheostomy tubes and accessories.
