LMETB engaged in a competitive process on eTenders Ojeu for the supply a school management information system for a period of 2 years with an option to extend for 2 years. This contract expires on 31 May 2020. The Department of Education and Skills has appointed resources to conduct a tender process for a school management information system on behalf of the education sector. This process has not yet commenced therefore there will be no preferred supplier available to LMETB to drawdown from when the current contract expires on 31 May 2020 with advanced learning.

LMETB engaged in a competitive process on eTenders OJEU for the supply of a School Management Information System for a period of 2 years with an option to extend for 2 years. This contract expired on 31st May 2020. The Department of Education has appointed resources to conduct a tender process for a School MIS on behalf of the Education Sector. The process has commenced the Initiation Stage and Education Procurement Services hope to have this concluded by June 2022. As the process will not be complete and a preferred supplier available to LMETB to drawdown from when this current extension expires on 31st May 2022.

LMETB engaged in a competitive process on eTenders OJEU for the supply of a School Management Information System. The Management Information System should provide an array of features and solutions to ensure that schools effectively manage student data such as behaviour and achievement, assessment and attainment, attendance, households, contacts, class and groups, special education needs, document management, curriculum planning, timetabling, scheduling, TUSLA returns, September and October returns.
The system must also interface seamlessly with the Post-Primary Online Database (P-POD), the central database hosted by the Department of Education & Skills. For a period of 2 years with an option to extend for 2 years.
