Telecom Services ESB Networks, on behalf of ESB Generation and Wholesale Markets, design, deploy and manage a number of localised DMR network systems in a number of the ESB generation stations. Some of these localised systems are interconnected using ESB infrastructure to support inter-site communications in addition to on-site communications.Telecom Services ESB Networks therefore has a requirement to establish a framework agreement for the supply and maintenance of DMR equipment.Base station and mobile radio equipment must be operable in the 410-470 MHz range. Equipment must comply with DMR standard, and also Radio Equipment Directive (RED) compliant. Criteria set out in ComReg's Guidelines document must be adhered to.

Expressions of Interest and the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire must be completed and returned to: ssprocurement@esb.ie quoting Reference No BS299A2466 no later than 12:00, Thursday, 4.2.2016.
ESB will short-list a number of companies to proceed to RFT stage from these expressions of interest, based on the responses to the Pre-Qualification Questionnaires.
The contracting entity will not be responsible for any costs, charges or expenses incurred by candidates or tenderers relating to this contract award procedure.
