training for Line Managers across the Civil Service exists within context of;
— The development of a new Under-performance Policy which outlines the
procedures for managing under-performance across the civil service; and
— The revision of the Civil Service Disciplinary Code;
— Requirement to train approximately 11 000 line managers across the
civil service by means of a 2-day training course.
Provision of the training services will be divided into three (3) lots. Each lot will
result in the award of a separate contract (each a ‘Framework Contract’).
