Horse Racing Ireland (HRI) in partnership with the Association of Irish Racecourses (AIR) is seeking a suitably qualified technology partner to design and implement a Wi-Fi solution at 26 Irish Racecourses. Each racecourse is an individual Contracting Authority. Contract will be established directly with each contracting authority that are the individual racecourses. For the Purpose of this tender process AIR and HRI will act as a purchasing bodies.
HRI have identified the need for a customer engagement capability, through Wi-Fi, to enhance the race day experience of racegoers and industry partners. HRI wish to engage with specialist Wi-Fi solution providers who have demonstrable capability in delivering Wi-Fi at race courses.
The tender will encompass the complete solution with the exclusion of the required wide area bandwidth, which will be the subject of a separate tender.
