A grouping, if successful in this competition, will be required to establish itself as a legal entity, with each party being jointly and severally liable to the Contracting Authority, prior to the formal establishment of the framework agreement.

All surgeons proposed for service delivery must be registered on the specialist division of the register and must possess at least 18 months' professional experience working with cochlear implants as a consultant.
