In order to be considered for participation in a tendering competition for this contract, suitably qualified interested parties must complete and submit the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) provided. If a request to participate is submitted by a group of service providers then those service providers, if awarded the contract, shall assume such legal form by incorporation, partnership or otherwise so as to enable them to contract as a single entity. It will be necessary for the satisfactory performance of the contract for the group to state a single addressee responsible for the receipt and processing of the participating orders and resolving any problems relating to the contract. It is the intention of the Contracting Authority to award this contract to 1 service provider. If this is not feasible, the contract may be awarded to more than 1 service provider.

Scope of the procurement
Short description:
St Michael's House invites applications from suitably qualified service providers to participate in the Pre-Qualification process for the provision of Security and Fire Systems Monitoring and Maintenance Services at a number of locations. Required services include:

(a) Electronic Security Systems Maintenance,
(b) Intruder Alarm Systems Maintenance,
(c) Fire Alarm Systems Maintenance,
(d) Fire Extinguisher Maintenance,
(e) Central Station Monitoring,
(f) Key-holding Services.
In addition, St Michael's House is currently reviewing its requirements in relation to Emergency Lighting. Therefore it is possible that the scope of the contract may be expanded to include:
(g) Emergency Lighting Maintenance.
Duration: 24 months
Description of renewals:
The contract term will be 2 years with an option to extend for a further 2 years at the sole discretion of St Michael's House.
