Electricity Supply Board and or its subsidiaries, Associates and Joint Venture Partnerships (hereinafter referred to as ESB)

AS part of ESBโ€˜s renewable strategy it anticipates acquiring renewable projects at varying stages of the development life cycle from early concept stage through to consents achieved. Services will be required to (a) access the merits of projects offered to the market as part of a due diligence process and (b) to further develop acquired projects so that they reach pre-construction stage i.e. planning approval obtained, energy yield assessment completed etc.

ESB is inviting interested parties to register their interest on the e-tenders website โ€” the Irish Governmentโ€˜s e-tendering platform (www.etenders.gove.ie). There are no costs associated with registration. All information relating to and including the pre-qualification documents, any clarifications or changes will be issued/published via this portal. An email request should be forwarded through the e-tenders platform to request the pre-qualification documentation and questionnaire. All requests for clarification in respect of the documents must be received on or before close of business on 18.4.2016 time 17:00. The PQQ must be completed and uploaded via http://www.etenders.gov.ie/ no later than on 25.4.2016 time 16:00. The responses received will be evaluated and used in drawing up a tender list. The contracting entity will not be responsible for any costs, charges or expenses incurred by candidates or tenderers relating to this contract award procedure. It is envisaged that at least 3 suppliers will be appointed for each lot under the framework. The contracting entity will not accept responsibility for information relayed (or not relayed by third parties).
