The Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation (DJEI) is seeking to appoint consultants to conduct a global market horizon scan to identify strategic areas of opportunity for Ireland and Irish based enterprise. This study aims to identify trends and opportunities in established markets where Irish based enterprises are already engaged and to identify new and emerging/converging market opportunities with potential opportunity for Ireland including opportunities where Ireland has all or many of the components to respond to opportunities but is not necessarily active in the area currently. It is anticipated that the contract will last approximately 6 months.
