stage negotiated procedure to award a contract to meet the following
requirements:
To enable the successful delivery of this programme, IW has a requirement for a
PMO and engineering consultancy services to support the management,
scheduling and reporting of the water network management programme as
outlined below. The scope of services also extends to the provision of technical
services to enable the establishment of an enduring capability within IW. This
PMO will be established at the programme level with an overview across all
aspects of the programme.

Irish Water also reserves the right to contract with each member of the group on the basis of joint and several liability, or with one member of the group as a main contractor with a number of sub-contractors or on any other basis as Irish Water considers appropriate.
